개인정보처리방침

Husk(이하 "앱")는 개인 개발자 유주연(이하 "개발자")이 만든 스크린샷·링크 정리 앱입니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고, 무엇을 기기 밖으로 보내지 않는지 설명합니다.

1. 기기 안에서만 처리하는 정보

스크린샷, 저장한 링크와 글, 그 안에서 읽어 낸 텍스트와 요약은 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

• 사진 보관함: 사진 접근을 허용하면 앱이 스크린샷을 찾아 정리할 수 있게 보여 줍니다. 스크린샷은 사용자가 마지막 확인 화면에서 삭제를 확정할 때만 사진 보관함에서 삭제되며, 삭제된 항목은 iOS의 '최근 삭제된 항목'으로 이동합니다. 설정 > 새 스크린샷 찾기에서 끌 수 있습니다.
• 공유로 저장한 항목: 다른 앱에서 공유 시트로 보낸 링크, 글, 이미지는 기기 안에 저장됩니다.
• 텍스트 인식과 요약: 이미지 속 글자 인식(Apple Vision)과 요약(Apple Intelligence)은 모두 기기 안에서 처리됩니다.
• 링크 미리보기: 저장한 링크의 제목과 대표 이미지를 보여 주기 위해 앱이 해당 웹사이트에 직접 접속합니다. 이때 그 웹사이트는 일반적인 방문과 같이 IP 주소 등을 받을 수 있습니다.
• 알림: 정리 알림은 기기 안에서 예약되는 로컬 알림입니다.

앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 앱 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다.

2. iCloud에 저장되는 정보

아래 정보는 사용자 본인의 iCloud 계정에 저장되며 Apple이 관리합니다. 개발자는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.

• 공유함(선택 기능): 사용자가 공유함을 만들고 항목을 넣으면, 그 항목(이미지 사본, 링크, 메모)이 iCloud에 저장되고 사용자가 초대한 사람들과 공유됩니다. 인식한 텍스트와 요약은 보내지 않습니다. 공유함은 앱에서 나가거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 발견 기록: 꾸미기 아이템을 발견한 기록을 같은 Apple 계정의 다른 기기와 맞추기 위해 iCloud 키-값 저장소를 사용합니다.

3. 앱 개선을 위해 수집하는 정보

앱이 어떻게 쓰이는지와 오류를 파악하기 위해 Google의 Firebase Analytics와 Firebase Crashlytics를 사용합니다. 이 정보는 사용자의 신원과 연결되지 않으며, 광고나 추적에 사용하지 않습니다. 광고 식별자(IDFA)는 수집하지 않습니다.

• 사용 정보: 정리 세션 시작·종료, 정리한 항목 수, 꾸미기 적용 같은 앱 내 행동. 스크린샷, 링크, 글의 내용은 포함되지 않습니다.
• 구매 정보: 테마 팩 구매나 후원이 완료됐다는 사실과 상품, 가격. 결제 수단과 Apple ID는 받지 않습니다.
• 진단 정보: 앱 오류 보고서, 기기 모델, iOS 버전 같은 진단 데이터.
• 식별자: Firebase가 부여하는 앱 설치 단위의 무작위 식별자.
• 대략적인 위치: Firebase가 IP 주소로 추정하는 국가·지역 수준의 위치. 정확한 위치는 수집하지 않습니다.

설정 > 익명 사용 통계 공유를 끄면 이 수집이 중단됩니다. 수집된 정보는 Google의 서버에 저장되며 Firebase에 설정된 보관 기간이 지나면 삭제됩니다. 자세한 내용은 Firebase 개인정보 안내를 참고하세요.

4. 결제

테마 팩과 후원 결제는 Apple의 App Store가 처리합니다. 개발자는 결제 수단, 카드 정보, Apple ID를 받지 않습니다. 구매 복원은 Apple의 구매 기록으로 이루어집니다.

5. 제3자 제공

개발자는 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 위 3항의 분석·오류 정보 처리를 Google(Firebase)에 맡기고 있으며, 이 정보는 미국 등 Google의 서버가 있는 국가에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 계정이나 이름, 연락처를 요구하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

기기 안의 정보는 앱에서 직접 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제해 지울 수 있습니다. 분석 수집은 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 열람·삭제 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요. 다만 3항의 정보는 신원과 연결되지 않아 특정 사용자의 정보를 찾지 못할 수 있습니다.

8. 방침의 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신합니다.

Privacy Policy

Husk ("the App") is an app for sorting through screenshots and saved links, made by independent developer Juyeon Yu ("the developer"). This policy explains what information the App handles and what never leaves your device.

1. Information processed only on your device

Your screenshots, the links and text you save, and the text and summaries read from them are never sent to the developer.

• Photo library: With photo access, the App finds your screenshots and shows them to you to sort. A screenshot is deleted from your photo library only when you confirm it on the final screen, and deleted items go to iOS's Recently Deleted album. You can turn this off in Settings > Find new screenshots.
• Items you share to the App: Links, text and images sent from other apps through the share sheet are stored on your device.
• Text recognition and summaries: Reading text in images (Apple Vision) and summaries (Apple Intelligence) run entirely on your device.
• Link previews: To show a saved link's title and image, the App connects to that website directly. As with any visit, the website may receive your IP address.
• Notifications: Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device.

Deleting the App deletes the App's data stored on your device.

2. Information stored in iCloud

The following is stored in your own iCloud account and managed by Apple. The developer cannot access it.

• Shared folders (optional): If you create a shared folder and add items, those items (image copies, links, notes) are stored in iCloud and shared with the people you invite. Recognized text and summaries are not sent. You can leave or delete a shared folder in the App.
• Discovery records: iCloud key-value storage keeps the looks you have discovered in step across devices signed in to the same Apple Account.

3. Information collected to improve the App

The App uses Google's Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how it is used and to find errors. This information is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or tracking. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is not collected.

• Usage data: In-app actions such as starting or finishing a sorting session, how many items were sorted, and applying a look. The content of your screenshots, links and text is never included.
• Purchases: That a Theme Pack purchase or tip was completed, with the product and price. Payment methods and your Apple Account are never received.
• Diagnostics: Crash reports and diagnostic data such as device model and iOS version.
• Identifier: A random, per-installation identifier assigned by Firebase.
• Approximate location: Country or region, estimated by Firebase from your IP address. Precise location is not collected.

Turning off Settings > Share anonymous usage statistics stops this collection. The data is stored on Google's servers and deleted after the retention period set in Firebase. See Privacy and Security in Firebase for details.

4. Payments

Theme Pack purchases and tips are processed by Apple's App Store. The developer never receives your payment method, card details or Apple Account. Purchases are restored from Apple's purchase history.

5. Sharing with third parties

The developer does not sell personal information or provide it to third parties. Processing of the analytics and crash data in section 3 is entrusted to Google (Firebase), and it may be processed in countries where Google has servers, including the United States.

6. Children

The App does not ask for an account, name or contact details, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your choices

You can delete information on your device from within the App, or by deleting the App. You can turn off analytics in Settings at any time. For other requests, contact the developer below. Because the information in section 3 is not linked to your identity, it may not be possible to find a particular person's data.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
