By downloading, installing, or using Just One ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Just One is a daily focus productivity app that helps you choose and execute one important task per day. The App provides task selection, completion tracking, reflection prompts, widgets, and weekly/monthly reports.
Free Features: The App offers basic functionality for free, including daily task selection, completion check, widget, and access to the most recent 7 days of history.
Pro Subscription: Advanced features — including full history, weekly & monthly reports, past reflection access, and themes — are available through an auto-renewable subscription.
Pricing: Pro Monthly ($2.99/month) and Pro Yearly ($19.99/year). Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App and on the App Store.
Free Trial: A 7-day free trial may be offered for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly through their support channels.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are owned by Juyeon Yu and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Juyeon Yu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
